The philosophy of the proprietors and staff of this Care Home is to consider our clients and their families to be our priority in terms of care and support.
Our staff are trained to assist in the development and maintenance of self-care for the promotion of independence.
We believe that the time our clients spend with us is special, and we insist that all care is carried out in a respectful manner, ensuring that our client's dignity is maintained and their rights to privacy and confidentiality are observed at all times.
We monitor the services we offer and ensure quality of care is achieved by retrospective and concurrent auditing of standards set.

Providing a high quality of care through:
- Recruitment and selection of highly trained staff
- On-going staff training and development
- Delivery of first class service to National standards
- Working with others in a multi-agency approach
- Provision of a wide range of stimulating activities for clients
Providing a safe, healthy, homely and relaxing environment for clients through:
- Monitoring and checking facilities in respect of Health and Safety legislation
- Provision of an individual room for each client with private recreational facilities
- Provision of a day room for clients to come together and interact
- Operation of en open door policy for relatives and visitors
- On-going social events for clients
Respecting the rights of the individual through:
Respecting each client's individual choice
Adherence to legislation to protect the rights of the individual
Involving clients and their families in the decision making process within the home
Providing courteous and helpful assistance and support to clients
Providing privacy to clients as and when required
